Note: Processing time is the time needed to print, finish, and prepare your order for shipping. It does not include shipping transit time.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over:

  • $75 CAD for Canadian orders
  • $100 USD for US orders

We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • USPS (for US deliveries)
  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier used depends on your location, package size, and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your 3D printed items:

  • Protective Materials: Bubble wrap, foam, or paper to prevent damage
  • Secure Boxes: Sturdy boxes sized appropriately for your items
  • Eco-Friendly Options: We use recycled materials whenever possible
  • Discrete Packaging: Plain boxes without product descriptions on the outside

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office
  • We mark packages accurately with item descriptions and values
  • We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue customs declarations

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for expedited shipping only)
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries under trade restrictions

Delivery Issues

Package Delays

  • Weather, customs, and carrier issues may cause delays beyond our control
  • Contact us if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe
  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package

Lost Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
  • We’ll file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • If the outer box is visibly damaged, note it when signing
  • Take photos of any damage to the package and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos for fastest resolution

Address Changes

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
  • Changes can only be made before the order ships
  • We cannot redirect packages once they’re in transit with the carrier

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in our area:

  • Contact us to arrange pickup
  • Orders must be paid in full before pickup
  • Valid ID required at pickup
