2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the nature of 3D printing:

• Colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings and material batches
• Minor variations in finish and texture are normal for 3D printed items
• Dimensions are approximate and may vary by ±1-2mm

2.2 Custom Orders

For custom 3D printing orders:

• Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual material usage and complexity
• Design modifications after approval may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to decline orders that violate intellectual property rights or are technically unfeasible

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity

3.2 Pricing

• All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

3.3 Payment

• Payment is required in full before order processing begins
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Standard Products

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items
• Items must be in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

5.2 Custom Orders

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• We will remake defective custom items at no additional cost
• Design approval is final; changes after approval may not be eligible for refund

5.3 Defective Products

• Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report defects
• Photos of defects may be required

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

6.2 Customer-Provided Files

By submitting files for custom printing, you represent that:

• You own or have rights to use the design
• The design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
• You grant us a limited license to print the design for your order

6.3 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders for designs that:

• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for delays, failures, or damages beyond our reasonable control

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
